Class Action Lawsuit FAQ - page 6
10. Will the defendant(s) find out I have communicated with you?Your communications with us are protected by the attorney-client privilege and will not be disclosed to the defendant(s). If we think you have information that can assist the case, we will talk to you about whether you might be a witness in the case. If you agree to be a potential witness in this case, your name may be disclosed, but only after you have agreed to participate. In no event should the defendant(s) attorneys talk to you about your claims in the case.
11. How long will the case take?As with any large case, a class action lawsuit will likely take several years before it goes to trial. Your attorney will make information about the status of the case available as it progresses.
