Tristan D. McGuire is an Associate Attorney at McMinn, Fradin, Gray, Logan. Born in Rochester, NY, Tristan has spent most of his life in Winston-Salem, NC.  Tristan graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology in 2020, and received his juris doctorate from Elon University’s School of Law in 2023.  Tristan originally worked in civil litigation when first licensed to practice law, but sought a career as a criminal defense attorney out of a desire to make a bigger impact in people’s lives when they needed help. In his free time Tristan enjoys trying new restaurants, going to music concerts (he has a goal of attending his 100th concert before his 35th birthday), and exploring new places with family and friends.
